Learn to Play - Cricket is a fun, joyful ride for the reader that lets them know about the intricacies of the game. It gives an in-depth analysis of the game to the reader, who gets to involve himself completely in the game. Around the 13th century, a group of Englishmen began playing a little game using a bat, a bowl and few sticks with pieces of woods on top of them. The game named cricket became a well-established sport during the 17th century and in the 18th century became the national sports of England. In its earlier years, the game was a monotonous five-day test match. Over the years, it entered a new era of 50 overs cricket or one-day match. In the last 2-3 years, the hottest form of cricket, twenty-20, has helped increase the game's popularity. Now, people do not have to watch the game for an entire day or more. It is more like a game of football/soccer where the game starts in the evening and ends in 3 hours. People enjoy the shortened games because of the craze, glamour and fun involved. In recent years the popularity of the version of the game has skyrocketed. Even the USA, a country where baseball is more popular, also has a national cricket team.
