The Food Allergy Initiative (FAI) is proud to support The Peanut Butter Jam published by Health Press. FAI hopes that readers will better understand the challenges that face food -allergic children, their friends and families and provide a heightened awareness of the seriousness of these allergies. Food allergies differ from other allergies because a minuscule amount of the wrong food can be fatal. Like Sam in The Peanut Butter Jam, there are 6million children and adults who live in fear of eating the wrong food. FAI is the first organization dedicated to a strategic and comprehensive approach designed to help individuals with food allergies.
