A delectably comical picture book on a subject that's fraught with anxiety for children, this has such narrative clarity of illustration that it could have been a wordless book. However, the simple text offers the chance to share the book's innocent wit and charm by reading it aloud to children as well as sharing its well-drawn, line-and-watercolor artwork. Try it before the end-of-school party, or before a haircut, or anytime a story hour needs a short, funny book to round out the program
